The ability to actually SEE WHO HAS WATCHED/OPENED the SalesMail.
When a SalesMail is viewed, getting a list of people that have opened it would be so much more useful than a list of approximate locations of where the person was who opened it (which isn’t at all useful and often includes people multiple states away?!)
